Have you heard of colloidal silver? I had heard of it, but never knew until about a year ago that it was taken internally.
I typically got a bad cold or flu every winter. My flu’s were severe and it would cause me to become bed ridden for a week straight. I would see my doctor and take their advice, but nothing seemed to work. I would drink plenty of fluids, make home made chicken soup, do steam baths and while it relieved my symptoms, it did not help me get better any faster. I came to expect the sickness I got every year and just dealt with it. Since I’ve always been pretty healthy, it was hard for me to have to stay in bed and be sick, but I toughed it out.
After I started using a silver product that my mom sent me and when I felt the flu ready to make it’s appearance, I would start using it and I felt a difference! It would lessen the severity of my cold and help me recover faster. Because of this, i use it for daily health maintenance now and for everything from mouth sores to skin conditions.
I also learned recently that some silver products are safe for use on animals and I had been using it on our sick kitty. He was developing some cold like symptoms after a surgery and I gave it to him regularly and he got well very quickly. I have read that between 30ppm-50ppm (parts per million) is safe for cats and about the same for humans. I do take a bit more but for maintenance, that’s what I use.
I also recently started using it on my skin and noticed my skin healing much faster. It’s pretty amazing stuff.
Now, as I’ve stated before, always consult your physician before taking any supplement or remedy and before using it on children and animals.
One more thing, you may have heard about the guy who drank silver solutions and it turned him blue. There are reasons behind the fact that with some products you shouldn’t try to make them yourself and you should also only consume what is recommended and not overdo it. Always read directions!
