Essential Oils are beneficial to our health in so many ways. Although an essential oil or remedy may claim to be safe or risk free, every user is different and may react differently and/or have different results including, but not limited to: negative side effects, negative impact on health, allergic reactions..ect

Some basic rules for essential oil usage:
Do not apply undiluted to skin.
Use caution around children, pets and those with compromised immune systems.
If you are pregnant, consult your physician prior to using.
Seek the advice of a certified aromatherapist.
Everyday use of essential oils should have a dilution of 1%.
Do a patch test before applying essential oils.
Do not ingest essential oils unless under the supervision or a physician.
