Lemon Iced Tea Inhaler Blend
I loooove inhalers! They are not only really handy, but also really easy to make and use.
I love finding new blends that make me feel happy and uplifted and this definitely does!
All you need is:
Inhaler (plastic or stainless steel)-there are two kinds that most popular and you’ll find them here.
Plastic Inhalers like these:
Stainless Steel like these: The wicks and caps should come with whichever inhaler you buy.
Essential oils of:
- Lemon
- Orange
- Sandalwood
- Clary Sage
- Bergamot
- Roman Chamomile
- Rose Otto
See the pic I made below to instruct you how to use. (Excuse my amateur photoshop skills!, You should be able to zoom in or click on the pic and zoom in with your computer or smart phone.) Sorry guys.
Drop two drops of each onto the wick and secure the bottom or top (depending on the inhaler you have)
Thats it! So easy and such a lovely scent. It helps with anxiety, depression and just to give you a little extra lifting up!
Now, depending on your oils, it may not smell exactly the same, so you can experiment to get the right scent, but mine smells like fresh, lemon tea! A perfect pick-me-up for those gloomy, winter days!
