Gentler, safer, healthier sprays and a motivational speech!?

If you haven’t tried hydrosols yet, I really encourage you to do so.

I got two new ones from Plant Therapy and they are so lovely!

I love how gentle, light and healing hydrosols are, plus they are proven to be much safer than straight or even diluted essential oils on children and pets.

So what can they be used for?

Sunburns, skin rash, itchy skin, acne, cooling spritz, moisture spritz, linen spray, hair refresher, hair moisture spritz…I could go and on but I’m using one finger to type so I’ll spare myself a finger sprain!
The more I read about hydrosols, the more I love and realize how phenomenal these little flower waters are!!

Essential oils are amazing and I love learning as much as I can but something really important to know, not only as an aromatherapy student but a consumer, is that one size does not fit al.

It’s important to research and study because we all know that not everything on the internet is true! (Except flying kitten unicorns, those are true)

When you read an article, whether here or a company site or social media, no matter who says it-do your research!

While something could work for me, it may make you sick and vice versa.

I say all this because I see a lot of blame being directed at the wrong sources in the natural health community.

Nothing, not even water, is 100% safe for every human being. It is up to us to take control of our health and the care we receive and provide for our loved ones so that we can be sure we are getting what we feel is safest and most beneficial.
