You’re probably familiar with coriander seed in cooking as a spice, but did you know it’s also beneficial to your health?
Coriander is great for so many things and with it’s fragrant scent, it’s relaxing and a great stress relieving oil as well.
Coriander is taken from the seeds of the Coriandrumsativum plant and used in many dishes as a seasoning, but also for digestive issues, hormonal issues, to help relax before bedtime and to treat bacterial infections. It also is wonderful for arthritis pain! Some people use it in their own homemade deodorant for it’s odor busting benefits!
This oil is great to blend with Bergamot, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange and more.
A great way to use coriander is to simply diffuse or make a roller, diluted with carrier oil and apply it areas that are giving you trouble. It’s useful for blemished skin and even digestive upsets.
You can do a easy single oil roll on by adding 6 drops to a 10ml bottle, then topping off with carrier oil.
