UPDATED: Review of Green Infused Tincture and Balm, Get A Free CBD Oil

Updated December 14th-Natural Native is now Green Infused

Thank you for bearing with me as I get the new CBD site of reviews up and running smoothly. I am still moving things around so that the transition for you can be seamless and it’s easy for you to find what you are looking for.  Since this site is about CBD and mainly reviews, let’s get right into our next one.

This one is from Natural Native CBD and they have provided a Enhanced CBD Oil Spray and a CBD Salve. They are now called Green Infused, but this the same company so when you visit the site, don’t fret.

The thing that interested me the most about this company is the fact they use product grown on U.S. organic farms and have absolutely no THC in their products. They are non GMO and certified organic.

They do provide testing on their site as well The no THC is pretty important to a lot of people, myself included, due to the fact that there is no guarantee that CBD won’t show up on drug tests. With some employers performing random drug tests for safety on the job, it’s a risk taking products that may show up even though they claim not to affect your ability to function or perform a job safely.

While doing my research in the very beginning on CBD in general and realizing that it’s even being mentioned on talk shows, I had some questions about THC and CBD combinations in general and wondered why is there THC in some CBD products in the first place if it doesn’t have to be there? Okay, bear with me while I do the scientific talk. I’ll keep it to a minimum as always! Scientific research has shown that some products are better used by the body when both CBD and THC work together as a group. While any reputable CBD company should have their CBD products contain a level of THC that is 0.3% or less and this is unlikely to show up drug tests, there is no guarantee and anyone who is subject to drug tests for their career may not want to take this risk.

This particular company made it pretty straight forward and the product is specifically made to allow the body to naturally use the CBD without the THC and still be just as effective. Now, just because a product may or may not have THC, doesn’t necessarily mean it will be less or more effective so again, do your research. I wanted to showcase this specific product because of the fact it contains no THC and I know that is a concern for some.

Now you’re going to read a lot about this subject, so much your head is going to spin, but understand that a lot of company pages are also business pages, they may give you reviews and research, but they are also selling a product. I found numerous review sites and pages that say different things. One may say that THC is necessary and the products without them aren’t effective at all and others say the opposite, so do your research and see for yourself. Join forums, read the scientific data and reports. It’s up to you to take your health into your own hands. After all, CBD is considered a medication and should be used as such.

Natural Native has made a THC free liposomal spray specifically designed so that the THC isn’t necessary, but the product is still just as effective. They did this by using liposomes to deliver the CBD effectively to the body. A liposomal health product is designed to deliver the products specific properties to the body in such a way that allows them to be absorbed quickly and more efficiently. Liposomal supplements aren’t a new thing and they are used quite a bit to allow a drug to be more effective for the body. This is usually used in prescription medications or therapeutic treatments, but you can even find this delivery system in supplements and this is what this particular product does.

This process is supposed to help increase the body’s bioavailability and this is basically the way the body handles a substance as it’s introduced to the system. The bioavailability effects how quickly and effectively the body accepts and basically absorbs a substance. Through introducing the liposomal process, it allows the body use the qualities in the product, such as the CBD, more effectively, therefore omitting the need for the THC and still being just as effective.

Whew! Okay, on to what you’re here for. The review.

I was really excited to try this particular product. I love the fact it is 100% organic and natural and also, again, that it’s THC free.

The liposomal spray is offered in two concentrations, 300 or 600 mg   and two flavors, mint and raspberry. I used the 300 mg in mint. The company recommends 4 sprays orally at twice a day, so this is what I started with. The flavor at first is a bit fruity with a very slight mint. It’s not overpowering, but it’s almost slightly sour, like an unripe fruit, so it’s not unpleasant. I read some other reviews and other say it’s really delicious, so this is a preferential opinion as with most CBD products. I just don’t simply care for the flavor of the majority of products I have used in general, but I still use them because all you do is spray this product under your tongue, hold it for 90 seconds and swallow and you can chase it with water if you want to. I did it both ways and didn’t find it hard to take at all. The ingredients are just MCT oil, hemp and natural fruit flavoring.

At first, I felt nothing, but this normal. Each product is different and will affect everyone differently so if you feel nothing the first few times, keep going, CBD is not necessarily meant to be an instant fix and some people don’t feel results right away.  I used it every day, twice a day and with the recommended dosage, I did start to feel less anxiety and better function in my joints and muscles. I felt less tense and less…all crunched up! I sometimes feel like my muscles are so tight that I can hardly walk and this product helped with that. I was hoping it would help with my sleep as I suffer with ridiculous insomnia and at first, I didn’t get any help with it. I did increase my dosage to 6 sprays, twice a day and found my sweet spot.

While the recommended dosage of CBD may work for a lot of people, it may not work for everyone, but always start there and see how it affects you. With this product, I increased to see if it would affect my nighttime anxiety and sleep and I am here to tell you, I slept an entire last night for the first time in months. I slept a full 8 hours. My usual sleep is around the 3-4 hours range, if any at all, so I am pretty impressed with this spray.

As for any negatives, I didn’t experience any other than the flavor with this product.

For first time CBD users, you may experience some side effects such as tiredness, increased appetite and fidgeting, but these typically go away after continued use and side effects are different for everyone and this is for most CBD products, so be aware when trying any natural remedy.

I also tried the salve they offer and it’s amazing. It’s a smooth balm made with, “Natural Hemp Cannabidiol, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, MCT Coconut Oil, Camphor Oil, Arnica Oil, Vitamin E, Essential Peppermint, Clove Bud Oil”.

This balm is not greasy, which I am thrilled about and so is my husband because I usually have him rub these things on my shoulders. It goes on smooth and smells really nice. I can smell the camphor and peppermint, but it’s super subtle so it’s not going to be overpowering. I love that they use arnica oil. Arnica is a favorite of mine and I always have it on hand for inflammation and muscle aches so the fact I can have both CBD and arnica in a balm is pretty awesome. Vitamin E is a natural skin moisturizer so it’s perfect in a product like this. It’s not going to leave your skin greasy, yet won’t leave it dry either.

I have to say I love these products. This company offers other products such as pet CBD, edibles and other flavored CBD oils so the variety is really nice. There’s something for everyone.

The spray starts at $59 and the balm is $49, this is pretty mid-range as far as CBD products go and I would definitely spend the money on the spray again due to its effectiveness so I think it’s worth it. CBD is pricy and any really cheap CBD should send up red flags, so be aware of that.

On to the pros and cons!

Pros:

  • Testing available on the website
  • Effective
  • Easy to use
  • Balm is not greasy and smells good.
  • Cost is midrange and affordable for the most part.
  • 30 day money back guarantee
  • Great customer service

Cons:

  • Flavor of the spray may not appeal to everyone.

So that’s it for this review! I am really thrilled that a lot of the products I’ve been trying have been working so well. I honestly figured it was hit or miss with CBD, but that hasn’t been the case all the time so it’s pretty great. I love being able to give you guys so many options so you can choose what’s right for you. Check out their site and read their testing, their FAQ’s and check out some videos they posted as well articles. Lots of good information and they have some CBD education as well, which is useful.

You can also get a free bottle of CBD oil when you buy the spray to compare for yourself just how awesome the spray is!
