I hope you love what you learn here. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
My journey into natural health has not been an easy one.
I have suffered with depression and anxiety for many years and those issues have caused some physical health problems. I’ve dealt with chronic pain, stress that made me physically ill, and side effects from medications to manage these conditions.
I hated the side effects of the medications I was/am on and realized that I was taking medications to manage the side effects of the medications to manage the original illness.
It was exhausting and I was desperate for a better solution. My mother has dealt with her own pain issues and allergies and discovered natural health through homeopathy and acupuncture. She talked about it for years and encouraged me to try it, but I was a skeptic. I didn’t think all that stuff worked and I resisted for a long time.
I also struggled with alcohol addiction and this impacted both my mental and physical health. I sought treatment and when I was heavily involved in recovery, I realized I had to do something about my physical health as well.
I finally had enough pain and suffering and decided to try acupuncture and herbs…reluctantly.
I noticed results with those practices and through research and the sheer desperation to feel better, I began discovering the vast world of natural medicine and health.
I can’t begin to express how much better I feel with natural health alternatives and medicine through essential oils, homeopathic remedies, healthy eating and emotional techniques to manage my stress and well being.
I am so grateful for these discoveries and know I am not the only one experiencing these conditions and I feel passionate about spreading the benefits of natural health practices through my own experiences.
I am still learning and discovering new and exciting information every single day and I will share it here so that you can benefit from what I have tried.
My blogs will always be 100% honest and objective.. I do feel stronger about certain products over others, but I realize that my experiences may not produce the same results for everyone.
The most important thing I want to stress through my blog is that I encourage my readers to take their health into their own hands! Do your research, educate yourself, ask your medical professional, get second opinions and trust your gut!
I hope you enjoy my blog and thank you for sharing my passion with me!
