CBD is used in so many products anymore and it’s a wonderful thing that we can reap the benefits in so many ways. After using CBD orally for so long now, I have seen a huge difference in the health of my skin and hair, so why not use a CBD shampoo and conditioner to further enhance the benefits of CBD?

Emera Haircare has a fantastic CBD haircare line including shampoo and conditioner. Made with CBD, hempseed oil and botanicals, it’s a nourishing treat for your hair. But does it actually work and leave your hair feeling and looking good? Yes, it absolutely does.

I have two general worries when choosing any haircare:

1. Will it irritate my scalp?
2. Will it weigh down my hair?

I worry about the scalp irritation because of my sensitive skin. I have to be really careful about what I use due to this and if I use products full of chemicals, then my scalp turns into a painful, itchy mess. I have to stay away from any hair product that contains sulfates. I am allergic to sulfates and my scalp will get dry and painful if I use anything with sulfates or other chemicals and these products don’t contain those, I was excited about that.

Also, I have fine hair, so if I use something that is too heavy or even too moisturizing, my hair gets weighed down and looks worse than when I started. I want an effective cleansing shampoo, but I also don’t want the product to strip my hair and leave it looking and feeling dull.

The concern I have with more natural hair care is that I worry that they won’t clean as well, or they will strip my hair of it’s natural oils, leaving it dry.

The Emera CBD Shampoo is an effective cleanser, yet gentle on my hair and scalp. I have no irritation or itchy scalp after using it. It smells amazing and has ingredients I feel pretty good about. The conditioner is moisturizing and not heavy, leaving my hair really soft and silky and smelling great. I didn’t get any irritation after using this either, which is awesome! I also have really tangly hair. I have ever since I was a child. My mom would tell me how it was torture for me when she would comb out my hair because it was just so tangly and this conditioner detangles perfectly without weighing hair down.

These products have an amazing minty-floral scent and with hempseed oil, CBD, lemongrass, peppermint, chamomile and green tea, they are nourishing and healthy for hair. Like I mentioned above, they are also free of harsh chemicals like sulfates and parabens.

My hair is awesomely healthy and shiny and so soft. I love these products and can’t say enough good things about them!

CBD Daily Intensive Cream and Soothing Serum

The CBD Daily Intensive Cream is a CBD cream for soothing muscles and moisturizing skin. It contains CBD, hempseed oil, coconut oil, shea butter for amazing moisture and peppermint oil, lavender oil and other muscle and skin loving oils to nourish skin and sooth muscles.

This cream is much like a body butter in texture, which I love. It gives muscles a soothing effect and goes on smooth, not greasy. This stuff is really quite awesome. I feel the effects pretty quickly and it smells so good. It moisturizes perfectly and doesn’t leave an oily residue on the skin. I used it on my arms and my skin was so soft after using. I also used it on my shoulders and felt a soothing effect, releasing neck tension and it worked well. It doesn’t leave a strong or unpleasant smell on skin, so you don’t need to worry about smelling medicinal. The peppermint oil scent comes through, but it’s a lovely scent.

Some of the extracts used in this cream are used specifically in conjunction with CBD to help enhance the pain relieving benefits of CBD like aloe, lemongrass and rosehip oils.

The CBD Daily Soothing Serum is another great product from CBD Daily that I got to try. It’s a fast-acting serum that almost instantly soothes sore muscles. It contains nourishing oils such as coconut, apricot and hempseed, so that your skin is moisturized while you’re getting the fantastic effects of CBD, peppermint, basil, eucalyptus and more.

It goes on smooth and feels silky on the skin. Really a great product for soothing muscles and aches. Using it on joints is my favorite way to get the benefits of this serum. It can be used pretty much anywhere and even has oils in it that help nourish and moisturize the scalp, I was really excited about that.

I’m really impressed by all these products. I love haircare that utilizes the benefits of CBD and natural essential oils and botanicals. Natural really is better and I feel good knowing I am using something on hair and scalp that is good for it.

The serum and cream are quite amazing as well. Not packed with chemicals and they feel good on the skin, not to mention, they work as they claim to.
