Summer is right around the corner and when I think of summer, I think of ocean waves, sandy beaches and fresh flavors. I was raised in Florida and have lived here most of my life. It wasn\u2019t uncommon for me to spend my summers at Cocoa Beach watching the surfers and laying in the sand in Vero Beach. Summer flavors I love are fresh citrus, sour berries and invigorating mints and this CBD company has captured the summer flavor vibe perfectly in their CBD tinctures, vape juice and gummies. Easy to take with fractionated coconut oil, stevia and essential oils for flavor. This will appeal to anyone who wants an invigorating flavor of mint. I love this one. I was a bit hesitant because peppermint tends to give me heartburn, but this did not. It left a fresh, minty flavor in my mouth and was easy to swallow. Cardiff: Blue raspberry and it instantly reminded me of a blue raspberry snow cone that I might get in the summer time at the beach. Sweet and fruity, it goes down easy and tastes great. Venice: Lemon citrus and if I had to choose, this would be my favorite. They are all SO good flavor-wise, but I love a fresh citrus flavor in just about anything. This has a bright, juicy citrus flavor that is tasty and easy to take. Use: The suggested use of this 1\/2 dropper or 1\/2ML. I am usually used to using a much higher CBD content, but this 250MG tincture worked amazingly well. I started with that and then worked up to one full dropper. As a result, this worked well for the typical anxiety I get daily. On days of high anxiety or pain, I would do one full dropper twice a day. For someone who is used to one full dropper, a higher MG might be right for you, but starting low for beginners is the way to go. The main thing I noticed about all the tinctures is the effectiveness. Also, I noticed a reduction in anxiety and a general relaxed feeling after taking. In the same way, they work fantastically for pain. I tend to wake up and go to bed with sore muscles and achy joints and these do the job, so I can actually relax without focusing on that pain all day or all night.
