About Me

Hi! Thanks for stopping by. Pull up a chair and relax.

I’m Tiffany and I am a full time wife, mama of three cat-babies, RV traveler and blogger.

Starting a blog was a thought of mine for years, but I wanted to write about something I was passionate about and I didn’t care at the time if it interested anyone, I just needed an outlet. Little did I know that what I was passionate about, others were passionate about too so here I am. My husband and I travel full time in our vintage RV and love our travels, even though they can be challenging at times and while on the road, blogging became a fantastic outlet for me.

My journey into natural health has not been an easy one.

I have suffered with depression and anxiety for many years and those issues have caused some physical health problems. I’ve dealt with chronic pain, stress that made me physically ill, and side effects from medications to manage these conditions and I was honestly exhausted.

I was desperate for a better solution. My mother has dealt with her own pain issues and allergies and discovered natural health through homeopathy and acupuncture. She talked about it for years and encouraged me to try it, but I was a skeptic. I didn’t think all that stuff worked and I resisted for a long time.

I also struggled with alcohol addiction and this impacted both my mental and physical health. I sought treatment and when I was heavily involved in recovery, I realized I had to do something about my physical health as well.

I finally had enough pain and suffering and decided to try acupuncture and herbs…reluctantly.

I noticed results with those practices and through research and the sheer desperation to feel better, I began discovering the vast world of natural medicine and health.

I can’t begin to express how much better I feel with natural health alternatives and medicine through essential oils, homeopathic remedies, healthy eating and emotional techniques to manage my stress and well being. Although I still take medications for my mental health, which I think is important and necessary for me, I think natural health combined with my doctor’s suggestions is very important for a healthier life.

Where can you find me: These days, you could find me sipping coffee in our RV or in front of a campfire, blogging and cuddling our cats and having discussions with my husband about politics, health, RV stuff…you name it, we discuss it! (That’s my favorite part of my life.) If you wanna email me, I’m there too! Contact me below.

My motto: It’s all about the little things in life and trust your gut. Do your research. Live, love, laugh. Think, think, think. One day at a time.
